Jenny Levison, Founder

Jenny Levison is an actress and entrepreneur, known fondly as ‘Souper Jenny’ which matches the name of her restaurants.

A native Atlantan, she opened her first restaurant 19 years ago with only two employees and $10,000 from a short lived hand modeling career. Today, Jenny no longer has hand model hands, but has created a 'soup empire’ in Atlanta with 46 employees, 4 restaurants with a fifth opening in November. She founded The Zadie Project in 2016, a non-profit working to end hunger in the Atlanta area and is about to take on a one-woman show up in Roswell in the fall.

Jenny spends most of her time cooking, dreaming big and re-enforcing her mission of hospitality "one bowl of soup at a time." She strives daily to strengthen community and for each restaurant guest to feel like they are friends and family in her home.

Jeff Collins, Resident Farmer/Education Coordinator

Farmer Jeff is responsible for conceiving, designing and operating Souper Farm!

His first job as an teenager was working at local farm stand East of Boston. After a summer of field work and market sales, he was hooked. For the last 35 years he has grown or sold produce wholesale or retail.

Before joining The Souper Farm, Farmer Jeff owned and operated a 10-acre mixed vegetables farm south of Atlanta for 12 years. He grew mushrooms, small fruit, herbs, potted plants, cut flowers, and of course, lots of vegetables!

Keith Yaeger, Souper Jenny Chief Operations Officer

Keith Yaeger is a native Atlantan. The day after his 15th birthday, he started working as a dishwasher at Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour. After a brief stint as a server at Bennigan’s, he stepped into leadership roles. Over the years he worked in managerial positions at Murphy’s, Horseradish Grill and The Flying Biscuit.

In January of 2014, Keith walked into Souper Jenny Buckhead, and suggested to Jenny that he really wanted to work with her and thought they would make a great team. She agreed and he stepped into the General Manager position. Over the last ten years, Keith has helped grow Souper Jenny to include 5 restaurants, the Souper Farm and The Zadie Project.

Keith's passion is serving others. "Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the staff laughing together, smiles on satisfied guests, and hearing great stories of Souper Jenny experiences."

When he’s not working, you are most likely to see him outside walking somewhere across our great city or spending time with his family and friends.
